Production company

Minimal Films was created in 2008 as an independent audiovisual production company. Despite its youth, it has already premiered throughout Spain the documentary film Bucharest, Memory Lost (Goya Award for Best Documentary, Gaudí Award for Best Documentary, Cinespaña Award for Best Documentary in Toulouse, Memorimage Award for Best Director in Reus) and has produced the documentaries Diez años de arte contemporáneo for La Caixa and The Sound of Raval for Barcelona Televisió.

Currently, there are several documentary projects: Miguel Núñez, Breathless, is in the process of editing, and the documentary series about Australis, Incognita Antártida Terra, will begin post-production now that the  crew is back.  El Caracol y el Laberinto is in the process of editing and the project Paco, Abdullah and I, which recently won a grant for the development of the Media Program of the European Comission, is in development.
