Synopsis

Minimal Films is a production company that can provide a flexible service in different situations. At the Mercabarna and Mercats of Barcelona stand during the Alimentaria 2010 trade fair, nine audiovisual pieces were screened that aimed to transport visitors from a generic Mediterranean environment to the centre of Barcelona, with all its commercial dynamism. Maintaining its documentary style, Minimal Films produced and created the nine pieces on topics such as “Mediterranean cuisine”, “Mediterranean landscapes”, “Barcelona, food capital of the Mediterranean”, “food chain elements”, “innovative processes in Barcelona’s markets”, “in the Mediterranean and its markets”… Minimal Films is therefore a versatile production company that can create a wide range of audiovisual products to suit every need.
