February 2010:

The call for the SOLE TURA Award starts, inviting audiovisual artists to submit a documentary work on the theme of neurodegenerative diseases. The award, headed by Albert Solé, is sponsored by the Uszheimer Foundation and the ESCAC Foundation . See the competition rules here.

December 2009:
Bucharest, Memory lost  wins the award Mediterranean Memory at the Center for Audiovisual Communication Festival (CMCA), held this year in Marseille, France.

Mina, dreams of freedom, documentary directed by Albert Solé and produced by Carolina Partners, wins the award for best documentary and best production at the Festival Pantalla de Cristal of Mexico City.

October 2009:
This thursday 22 october at 23h45 opens the last documentary directed by Albert Solé Europa Europa, made exclusively with TVE files. View trailer here.

September 2009:

Bucharest, Memory Lost, nominated for Prix Europa. The prize is awarded by the Council of Europe and the European Cultural Foundation. It is the only spanish documentary nominated for TV Documentary category.

 September 2009:
Albert Solé presents Bucharest, Memory Lost in London in the London Spanish Film Festival. On September 22 the film is projected, and on September 23 Albert Solé participates in a debate about historical memory.

July 27, 2009:
Albert Solé presents Bucharest, Memory Lost in summer courses at El Escorial, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, in the New Spanish Filmmakers Cycle film.  

July 12, 2009:
Bucharest, Memory Lost is projected at the Cinématèque de Tanger Contemporary Catalan Cinema Cycle (CCCC).

June 2009:
Bucharest, Memory Lost wins the award for Best Screenplay (Albert Solé) and Best editing (Ibon Olaskoaga) in the Iberoamerican Memory Festival of documentary filmmaking 2009 celebrated in Mexico.

May 2009:
Started filming Miguel Núñez, Breathless.

March 27, 2009:
3 Voices, an institutional documentary with a new language directed by Albert Solé is presented in Lleida La Llotja.

March 15, 2009:
Albert Solé is invited to the think tank about the image of Europe, organized by the European Film Academy.  

March 7, 2009:
Albert Solé receives the Tirant Especial Award 2009.

February 1, 2009:
Bucharest, Memory Lost wins the Goya award for best documentary.

January 19, 2009:
Bucharest, Memory Lost wins the Gaudí award for best documentary.

November 16, 2008:
Albert Solé receives the award for best director-producer in 2008 Memorimage Festival of Reus, Tarragona.

October 11, 2008:
Bucharest, Memory Lost wins the award for best documentary at the Festival Cinespaña 2008 of Toulouse, France.
